1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Crazypan. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 24 Hours of delivery receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at support@mycrazypan.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
3. Include the proof of purchase and a note specifying whether you want a refund or an exchange.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
